Transfer / Posting of Members of the NCLT

The NCLT and the NCLAT

The NCLT vide an office order dated 30th of April 2020 posted/transferred Members of the NCLT to new postings. The members shall move to their new stations of posting pursuant to relaxation of the restrictions on movement by the Central Government and respective State Governments.

In furtherance to the office order of the NCLT for transfer of the Members of the NCLT, the NCLT re-constituted its Bench at Cuttack and Guwahati. Further, during the lockdown period, the NCLT Kolkata Bench shall continue to hear urgent matters of NCLT Cuttack Bench and NCLT Guwahati Bench through Video Conference.
