RBI Circular no. RBI/2020-21/28
The Circular extends the date of filing of Balance sheets and Auditor reports for all the Primary Urban Co-Operative Banks for a further period of 3 months. All reports now need to be filed by 30.09.2020, in compliance with Section 29 and Section 31 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
