8:38 am INTERIM RELIEF TO HUL AGAINST EMAMI BY BOMBAY HC: ‘GLOW & HANDSOME’ The Bombay High Court on 6th of July, 2020 granted relief to Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and restrained Emami from initiating any legal proceedings against HUL for the use of the trademark ‘Glow & Handsome’ without giving a seven-day prior notice to the plaintiff.
