Driven by a strong passion for corporate law and intellectual property rights, Akshat Singh Rathore was a merit scholarship student and holds B.A.LL.B. (Corporate and I.P.R Hons.) from Nirma University. Currently an associate at Asia Law Offices, New Delhi, he plays a crucial role in the Corporate & Commercial team, handling agreements, MoUs, legal research, and client advisory work. He also supports the firm’s strategic business development, facilitating international collaborations and preparing legal updates for long-term clients.

Akshat’s previous internships at firms like Singhania & Co. LLP, Legasis Partners and at in-house department of Tata Motors Ltd. have provided him with hands-on experience in due diligence, IP law, corporate transactions, and start-up advisory services.

Hailing from Bhopal, Akshat is committed to delivering ethical, high-quality legal services. Beyond law, he is an avid swimmer and enjoys fictional pop-culture and speed cubing.
