Areas of Practice:
1. Apar is a first-generation advocate with experience of practising in the NCLT in matters pertaining to oppression mismanagement of companies and insolvency proceedings, DRT and High Court of Gujarat in Ahmedabad for 2 years. After completing his master’s in international commercial laws, modules such as Corporate Rescue and Cross-border Insolvency, M&A, International Dispute Resolution (Arbitration), etc., shaped his interest in international insolvency and ADR regimes. Post completion of his master’s, Apar worked in-house as a Legal Office for a year in a listed company where he came across a vast array of matters pertaining to civil and commercial litigation along with international as well as domestic arbitrations before making a transition to Asia Law Offices to be part of a law firm.
2. Apar hails from a family with no background in law and is a first-generation advocate. His interest in law developed after reading on subjects such as history and political science which form the basic fabric of laws in any country.
Apart from law, his passions include cinema, music and sports. Apar has been part of U-16 cricket team for Gandhinagar district and has been part of the organizing as well as participated in numerous musical festivals throughout his college tenure.
3. Apar is a firm believer in ‘DIY’ philosophy and believes on a hands-on approach. He is a self-taught musician and likes to practice the guitar during his free time.
