Management Positions in the Industry mainly managing FDI/ PE funded business. He completed his education with IIM- C. He is an Insolvency Professional as well. Mr. Garg is well experienced on transaction and management side his experience includes asset management, deal origination and management, capital raising, business acquisitions, divestments, transaction due diligence and leading the management processes. Has represented as Executive Director on a Real Estate Fund in the past besides being on other company boards and committees. He also has robust experience in setting up FDI Funds in Indian jurisdiction as well as for off-shore arms for India bound investment. He has expertise in transaction advisory, fund management, acquisition & mergers, capital raising, corporate management and governance, business restructuring and turnaround and in dispute resolution.
