Immediately after entering the industry in 2017, Saini has passionately grabbed every opportunity give to her to work in different disciplines.

Her main areas of practice are in multi-jurisdictional dispute resolutions including arbitrations and mediations in India and abroad, will and estate management, commercial and contractual disputes, and shareholder disputes. She has represented many high-value clients in international commercial arbitrations. Her ability to connect closely with her matters and her clients provides her an edge in critical analysis of the underlying issues in matters and project compassion and sympathy in dealing with her clients.

Coming from a family of lawyers practising in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh (now Telangana), she is well connected with the legal fraternity in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
