Experience

Prior to joining ALO, Sharanya was associated with ALO as an intern. Her dedication and will to learn secured her a place with the litigation team of the firm. Currently, she is dealing in areas of Corporate and Civil Disputes and Alternative Disputes Redressal mechanisms, among others.

She graduated in History and Political Science from University of Delhi before pursuing law. As a fresher, she has a variety of hands-on internship experience, which has taught her the essence of law from the very start. With the aim to help the society to the best of her abilities, she has also worked extensively with NGOs and social sector start-ups.

Background

Sharanya is a first-generation lawyer, whose entire motive to join law arose from a social cause. She was associated with the Theatre Society of her college, where would research basic rights and liberties of the common man in order to enrich the content for their street plays. This made her realise her love for law and she has never since looked back!

Law is considered to be a noble profession, and Sharanya wants to add her value to further uplift this noble practice. She is a curious and dedicated worker, who is extremely motivated to constantly develop legal skills and grow professionally.

Sharanya was born and brought up in Delhi. Most days, you would find her in a nook with a book. She has a keen interest in art, photography, and history.
